Gladesville Water View Duplex

A premium three-storey duplex in Gladesville, designed to make the most of its water-view setting. The project included a Dincel wall basement, carefully coordinated structural works, double-brick upper levels and curved concrete slabs. A feature spiral staircase provides a distinctive architectural focal point, with ST delivering the formwork, steel fixing and concreting package from the basement through to the upper floors.

Northbridge Luxury Duplex

A high-end three-storey duplex in Northbridge, delivered with detailed structural coordination to support the architectural design and premium finishes. ST managed the formwork, reinforcement and concrete works across all levels, maintaining precise set-out, clean concrete outcomes and close coordination with the builder and other trades throughout the construction programme.

Yes. ST Building & Construction has delivered the full structure for a six-storey apartment building and a nine-storey commercial office building, each over two basement levels, covering formwork, steel fixing and concrete from basement to roof. We also work on duplexes, townhouses and houses.

Yes. We run our own crews for each trade: a 12-person formwork crew (6 carpenters and 6 assistants), 12 steel fixers and 9 concreters. Builders can engage us for the full structural package or for individual trades.

Yes. ST Building & Construction (ABN 85 631 845 577) holds NSW Builder Licence 332773C, carries $20 million public liability insurance and is a member of the Master Builders Association of NSW. We have been operating since 2019.

Yes. Alongside structural work we carry out timber and steel wall and roof framing for houses and duplexes, and finish projects with landscaping including paving, retaining walls, turf, planting and fencing.
